South Florida Gluten Free Expo

In less than 2 weeks the South Florida Gluten Free Expo is back, and I for one am excited. I was only diagnosed 4 years ago, so I haven’t had the experience of going to the expo.

There are going to be so many great brands- which means fun samples! I love trying new gluten free goodies! Here are just a few of the great brands that are going to be there:

Enjoy Life

Better Batter

Schar

Munk Paks

Gem City Fine Foods

Gee Free

and tons more! Plus lots of local bakeries and restaurants!

Below is all the info you need! Get tickets at and use the code “glutenfreemiami” for 10% off.

See you there!

This sounds like such a great resource! A friend of mine just found out her son is gluten intolerant and I bet this would be helpful to her – she lives close by as well. Thanks for the info!

I bet attending an event like this would be a game changer — I have many friends who have gluten-sensitivities and it can be very overwhelming.
