Perfectly poppable Gluten Free Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are the ultimate in easy, make-ahead desserts that you can eat one-handed!
This post is sponsored by Three Bakers. All opinions are my own.
The Best Ever
When your 4 year old tastes something you make and immediately declare is “The best ever,” you know the recipe is a keeper. I couldn’t have said it better myself. All the flavor of creamy cheesecake, strawberry, and graham in a perfectly poppable bite.
So easy to make, these gluten free cheesecake stuffed strawberries topped with a Three Baker’s Honey Graham snacker are what dreams are made of. Make a plate for your next BBQ, Baby Shower, or Dinner party, no one can eat just one!
Three Bakers Snackers
Three Bakers Honey Graham Snacker’s are reminiscent of a teddy graham, but honestly, they taste so much better. I’ve used them to make things like these S’more Magic Bars.
They also come in Chocolate, Chocolate Chip and Cheese (think better tasting Goldfish Cracker). I loved using the cheese snackers in this Easy, Cheesy, Chicken Chicken Cordon Bleu. My friend Margaret over at Mi Gluten Free Gal has made it several times and can attest to how good it is!
Gluten Free Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Back to the Gluten Free Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries! This no-bake cheesecake filling is a cinch to make and can be made ahead. I suggest cutting a bit off the bottoms of the strawberries to help them stand up, cut off the tops and scoop out just a bit for your cheesecake filling.
You can sprinkle crushed Honey Graham Snackers on top or just add a whole one! These gluten free cheesecake stuffed strawberries are sure to be a hit.
Is chocolate more your thing? Then try this No Bake Vegan Chocolate Cheesecake from Allergen Awesomeness! It is sure to hit the spot! For a beautiful fruit dessert, this Watermelon Fruit Cake from Cooking LSL is sure to amaze!
Enjoy!
