One pan balsamic glazed salmon with asparagus and tomatoes is the perfect weeknight meal. Ready in under 20 minutes and packed with balsamic goodness!
This post is part of a collaboration between My Gluten Free Miami and David’s Unforgettables. All opinions are my own.
One Pan Meals
One pan meals are my favorite. As a busy work at home mom, anytime I can get a healthy dinner on the table in less than 20 minutes, I am happy. Minimal clean up is always a plus too!
The trick to making one pan meals, is to find proteins and veggies that cook at similar times. A good sauce always helps to bring a punch of flavor. I love balsamic and salmon, so this one pan balsamic glazed salmon was right up my alley.
Quick & Easy
The biggest trick to making this dish so fast is using a pre-made Balsamic Vinaigrette. All the delicious flavors are already melded together and have had time to get to know each other.
My favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette is David’s Unforgettables. I love using the dressings and sauces in one pan meals (check out this One Pan Honey Mustard Chicken!). They make every day cooking a breeze and they don’t have any additives. Vegan, non-gmo, and gluten free certified, these dressing are amazing.
The Balsamic has a nice peppery hint to it, which pairs perfectly with salmon, asparagus and tomatoes. Plus, be sure to check out their site, they are on sale this month!
One Pan Balsamic Glazed Salmon
This salmon is so easy to make. All you need to do is toss the salmon in the David’s Unforgettables Balsamic dressing (either the regular or reduced fat) and place it in the middle of a sheet pan. Put your asparagus and tomatoes on the side, drizzle with balsamic dressing, and bake.
The asparagus gets nice and tender and the tomatoes will pop. You can actually hear them popping in the oven!
Ready in under 20 minutes, this one pan meal is perfect for weeknights. If you are like my husband and need carbs at every meal, a side of white rice would be perfect.
