With all the flavors of your favorite Reuben Sandwich, this hot, cheesy, gluten free reuben dip is going to be a hit!
This post was part of a collaboration between David’s Unforgettables and My GLuten Free Miami. All opinions are my own and I only recommend products I use and love!
Infamous Reuben Sandwich
I don’t know when the Reuben Sandwich first came about, but I think most would agree it was a pretty delicious idea. Corn beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing on rye, what’s not to like?
Unless of course, you have Celiac, then rye bread is most definitely out of the question. Just because you can’t have your typical rye bread, this gluten free Reuben dip is just as good!
Thousand Island
David’s Unforgettable Balsamic Dressing is one of my favorite brands. From their BBQ Sauce to the Balsamic Honey Mustard, we love them all. I was so excited to use the Thousand Island in a new recipe.
All of David’s sauces and dressings are certified gluten free, non gmo, vegan and taste soooo good.
They can be ordered online (I love when I can get things shipped to my door!), but if you are in the Northwest, they are also available at many stores. Go to their store finder and look and see if they are available in your area! Be sure to check out this One Pan Honey Mustard Chicken, BBQ Pork Tacos, and Sheet Pan Balsamic Salmon that I made with these fabulous dressings.
Gluten Free Reuben Dip
I am a dip-aholic. I absolutely love dips. They are definitely one of my weaknesses and we they are super cheesy, I am in heaven.
One of my favorite things about this dip is that it comes together so quickly. It’s perfect for making as an appetizer for sports games (World Cup is coming up!)
This particular gluten free reuben dip get’s all the points for flavor. It’s great with gluten free crackers or toast gluten free “rye style” (not actual rye) bread for that distinct reuben sandwich flavor.
I’m sure this gluten free reuben dip is going to become a favorite for you. Be sure to head over to David’s Unforgettables and snag some of his Balsamic Thousand Island. It really takes this dip over the top!
Happy Gluten Free Eating!
